Free 30-Minute Client Interview: Get to know our doula and discuss your needs and expectations.

Prenatal Meetings: 3 prenatal meetings to prepare for birth using the "Prepare for Birth" journal.

Birthing Guidance: Professional support and guidance during labor and birth.

24/7 On-Call Support: Available from 37-42 weeks of pregnancy to ensure you have support whenever you need it.

Postpartum Visit: One visit after birth to assist with the transition to the newborn stage.
